Grants

The Caesars Foundation of Floyd County was established in October 1999 by Caesars Southern Indiana Casino in partnership with public officials from Floyd County and New Albany, Indiana. The foundation was created to provide a much-needed funding resource for economic development and improvement of quality of place benefitting Floyd County.

The Caesars Southern Indiana Casino makes monthly contributions to the foundation based on a percentage of casino revenues. The income to the foundation is utilized for both direct grantmaking by the foundation and to build a foundation endowment. The Foundation will use the investment generated income to ensure the philanthropic work of the Foundation lasts forever to benefit Floyd County residents.

Annual Grants

Caesars Foundation of Floyd County host two grant cycles annually, and those grants are for requests less than $25,000.

Major Grants

Caesars Foundation of Floyd County will accept requests of more than $25,000 on a rolling basis. 

The Caesars Foundation of Floyd County is a private foundation, created to benefit the Floyd County community. The Foundation's philanthropic focus traditionally falls into the categories of grant making to charitable non-profit organizations, educational scholarships, and program related investments which encourage economic development.
